We work closely with you to get a clear picture of your goals and priorities, then get to work crafting something jaw-dropping that will meet (if not exceed) your expectations.<\/p>\r\n Our team sandblasts your design into stone and then applies black shadow, a stain-like liquid that is applied to carved, sandblasted areas with a spray gun. The more layers are applied, the more opaque it becomes, making stone grain less visible. This process can be applied to limestone as well as granite. Stain colors include:<\/p>\r\n Your design is outlined by a sandblasted, engraved sunk line to better emphasize its details. The design is shaped by hand blasting to give the carving form and dimension.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n Our team saws, chisels or grinds the stone into a three-dimensional design enhanced with naturally created tones.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n We sandblast the design into stone and then apply Hilite. Hilite increases opacity, meaning you see less and less stone grain as more of it is applied.<\/p>\r\n Natural tones are create into stone through the removal of polish using dust on grey areas. Some areas are enhanced with Hilite.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n We sandblast fine graphics into a rough stone finish enhanced with stain.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n We overlay multiple treatments using a variety of sandblasting materials and techniques.<\/p>\r\n Metal lettering is inlaid into the stone flush with the granite.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n Bronze letter is inlaid into the stone flush with the granite.<\/p>\r\n The team etches a photograph or other specific design onto the stone surface using an advanced laser tool.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n A saw and\/or various hand tools, creates very clean, crisp, sharp lettering.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n Our project library has countless examples of impressive graphical elements we have created for clients.
